Commander's Quarters 
We have been to the Commanders Quarters many times. We love the house. It’s affordable, comfortable, warm, inviting, close to a lot of activities and beautiful. The beds are better than any motel room I have been in. The kitchen has everything you need. The porch is perfect for sitting in the sunshine reading a good book. Everything about the Commanders Quarters is soothing and enjoyable. Plus…it fits everyone in our family and is the perfect place for a family reunion or staff retreat (I’ve done both here). It’s kid friendly too. The top floor has a “secret room” as my granddaughters call it. They love to play there. Thanks Karen & Earl for helping us make wonderful memories for our family!

This was my 3rd visit to the Commanders Quarters and each time it is more charming! The layout is so wonderful, with a ‘butler’s pantry’ right off the dining room, we were able to get coffee and snacks without disturbing the kitchen! The rooms are each beautiful with their own distinctive decor. The bed that I stayed in was absolutely comfortable. Thank you for creating such a relaxing and wonderful get away! I look forward to visiting again!!

We have owned this home for 17 years and haven’t had even one ghostly experience. And the previous owner who owned it for 20 years never had any experiences either. A person’s mind can sometimes play tricks on them. So don’t take to much stock in the stories you’ve heard. It is a very beautiful and welcoming home decorated in a tasteful Victorian style.
